Ben Nielsen grew up in South Jordan, Utah, where he attended Bingham High School. After studying Business Management at Utah Valley University, he pursued his career in the real estate and construction industries. By the age of 27, Ben started, from the ground up, his first construction company specializing in custom homes and small commercial buildings. Within the first year, Ben was able to turn his $2500 start-up capital into grossing over $1 million dollars. He has built projects in Utah, Idaho, Washington, New Mexico and Texas. Ben now focuses his time only in the State of Utah. Licensed since 2004, Ben owns a Commercial Development company called Blackstone Development and Construction where he focuses on his own Legacy Projects building Medical Office and Retail. Ben also experience in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate. From 2015-2019, he worked for a top 10 Utah builder where his success in building and real estate allowed him to help hundreds of individuals achieve the American dream and proves his strong work ethic and his commitment to his clients. From 2019 to the present Ben helps out with contracts in Commercial Real Estate.
He resides in Saratoga Springs,Utah with his lovely wife, Courtney, and their four children. In his spare time, you will find him running, camping, fishing, finding great places to eat or either coaching or watching his children in their activities. He also enjoys NCAA football and basketball, Alaskan fishing the Arts and Europe.

COURTNEY NIELSEN

She holds two masters degrees in Secondary Teaching Pedagogy and Educational Leadership and has acquired a Masters Degree from the University of Utahs MRED (Maters of Real Estate Development) program.
